Brown & Brown is seeking a Technical Product Manager to join our growing team in Daytona Beach, FL!
The Technical Product Manager will be an experienced and visionary Software Development Leader who will drive the development and enhancement of our Dynamics Sales CRM solutions. The Technical Product Manager will play a pivotal role in designing scalable, user-centric features that empower sales teams and enhance customer engagement. As well as ensure technical excellence while driving product innovation and delivering scalable solutions that support sales operations. As a leader, you will inspire a team of developers and system integration partners while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions aligned with business goals.
How You Will Contribute:
Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle for Dynamics Sales CRM projects, from ideation to deployment and maintenance.
Build, manage and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and innovation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and translate them into high-quality, scalable solutions.
Act as the liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure mutual understanding and collaboration.
Oversee CRM customization, extension, and integration with other enterprise systems using Dynamics 365 Sales modules.
Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, focusing on delivery and quality.
Perform code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and optimize performance.
Ensure the solutions adhere to technical standards, scalability, and security requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges while ensuring timely delivery of features and updates with minimal downtime for sales and customer-facing teams.
Stay current with advancements and act as a subject matter expert on Microsoft Dynamics CRM technology and related tools, driving innovation and technical improvements. Ensure solutions are aligned with industry best practices and meet compliance and security standards.
Skills & Experience to Be Successful:
Strong understanding of sales processes and how CRM technology supports them.
Strong background in software development leadership, with expertise in CRM systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics Sales (Dynamics 365 Sales).
Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL Server, and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
Strong technical background with hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Sales customization, workflows, integrations, and data management.
Ability to build, lead, and manage development teams which include teammates and partners in an agile environment.
A track record of implementing successful technology strategies and solutions.
Experience in managing large-scale IT projects and teams.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to deliver creative solutions
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
