Who You Are:
Galaxy Digital seeks a proactive Systems Engineer to manage and maintain our Linux systems involved in various operations such as staking, mining, custody, and trading. The role requires a mix of technical proficiency and the ability to travel occasionally.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and oversee Linux server environments to support financial operations.
- Implement and maintain configuration management using tools like Puppet, Chef, Salt, or Ansible.
- Develop scripts to automate routine tasks and ensure system efficiency.
- Ensure systems are secure and up-to-date with the latest security practices.
- Collaborate with various teams to enhance system functionalities and support business needs.
What We’re Looking For:
- Extensive experience managing Linux systems in a professional setting.
- Proficiency in configuration management tools (Puppet, Chef, Salt, Ansible).
- Basic scripting skills in languages like Bash, Python, or Perl.
- Experience with cloud technologies is a plus.
- Ability to travel as required by the job.
