Instructional Design:
- Consult and collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify learning needs and objectives.
- Design, develop, and implement learning materials and experiences, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training both in-person and virtual, job aids, performance support tools, and reinforcement resources.
- Utilize a variety of instructional design methodologies and technologies to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
- Conduct needs assessments, analyze learner feedback, develop and implement changes to continuously improve learning solutions.
- Ensure all learning materials align with company branding and messaging.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and learning technologies.
Learning Operations:
- Assess the effectiveness of learning programs using data, learner feedback and measurement tools.
- Drive operational efficiencies within the learning and development function and enhance the learner experience through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage compliance and reporting processes to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and communicate to our stakeholders.
- Maintain learning budget allocations including expense reporting and invoice submissions.
- Coordinate logistics for all in-person and virtual learning sessions.
- Manage and administer work within our learning management systems and other learning platforms.
- Provide support for global learning initiatives and handle ad hoc reporting requests.
- Drive effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders across the organization.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (Instructional Design, Education, or related) and 4 years' experience in instructional design and learning operations, preferably in a corporate setting. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 2 years' experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or in lieu of a degree 8 years' experience in a related field.
- Proven experience designing and developing learning content using tools such as Articulate Storyline or Rise, Camtasia, Vyond, Canva, or similar.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (ADDIE or SAM.)
- Familiarity with learning management systems and other learning technologies.
- MS Office proficiency (Advanced Excel skills.)
- Strong analytical skills to measure and evaluate learning outcomes.
- Ability to streamline processes and improve operational efficiencies.
- Excellent project management skills and experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
USD 72,200.00 - 108,200.00 per year
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $72,200.00 - $108,200.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
