As a Software Engineer III at JPMorgan Chase within the Asset & Wealth Management, you serve as a seasoned member of an agile team to design and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. You are responsible for carrying out critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm's business objectives.
Job responsibilities
- Develops and implement AEM components, templates, and workflows to support web content management requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, content authors, and other developers, to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
- Executes, c ustomize and extend AEM functionalities using Java, Sling, OSGi, and other related technologies. Integrate AEM with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target to enhance functionality and performance. Utilize Adobe Analytics to track and analyze user behavior, providing insights to improve digital strategies.
- Implements Adobe Target for personalization and optimization of user experiences. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AEM components, templates, and workflows.
- Proactively e nsures code quality and maintainability by following best practices and coding standards. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. Stay updated with the latest AEM features and industry trends to continuously improve our digital solutions.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience
- Proven experience as an AEM Developer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies.
- Experience with AEM 6.x or higher, including component and template development.
- Familiarity with AEM architecture, including Sling, OSGi, JCR, and Dispatcher.
- Knowledge of Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target for data-driven decision making and personalization.
- Experience with RESTful web services and API integration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Familiarity with modern front-end technologies
- Exposure to cloud technologies
