Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to champion a product mindset across Achieve's internal security and infrastructure landscape. In this leadership role, you'll transform internal platforms into scalable, user-friendly capabilities that empower teams, protect our business, and enable future growth.
This highly cross-functional role requires a strategic thinker with experience leading complex initiatives at scale. You'll work closely with InfoSec, Engineering, Product, Legal, and Compliance to embed secure-by-design practices, modernize IT infrastructure, and elevate cybersecurity maturity. You'll treat internal platforms as products-anchored in user needs, industry best practices, and measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Champion Product Mindset: build a deep understanding of our internal users & business operations. Drive roadmaps, define success metrics, and advocate for scalable, outcome-driven practices across security and infrastructure domains
  • Modernize IT Infrastructure - Scope, coordinate, and execute upgrades to Achieve's IT infrastructure to improve performance, security, and agility to support a growing, remote-first workforce and reduce operational overhead.
  • Advance Cybersecurity Maturity - Partner with InfoSec, Engineering, and Product teams to raise security standards across core functions, establish enforcement mechanisms, and embed secure practices into daily operations.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Initiatives: Drive delivery of enterprise-wide programs such as Identity & Access Management (IAM), Secure SDLC, third-party risk management, and PCI compliance.
  • Influence Security Culture: Integrate security into product and engineering workflows in a way that's intuitive and minimally disruptive. Foster a "security-by-default" culture without sacrificing usability.
  • Enable Secure AI Usage: Establish guardrails and governance for AI tool usage, including employee policies, and model monitoring practices to mitigate risks.
  • Define Metrics & Governance: Create KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms that track progress and align with business, regulatory, and security objectives.
  • Represent the Voice of the Customer: Serve as the voice of internal teams-ensuring that solutions are not only secure, but also usable, effective, and aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Lead vendor evaluation: Work cross-functionally to assess third-party solutions that improve security posture across the enterprise, from threat detection to incident response.

Qualifications
What You'll Bring
  • 7+ years in product management, with deep experience in internal platforms, enterprise tools, security, or IT infrastructure
  • Strong grasp of user-centered design principles, with the ability to turn technical needs into simple, intuitive experiences.
  • Deep understanding of information security & IT infrastructure frameworks (e.g. NIST-CSF, ISO27001), and best practices across application, networking, and cloud environments.
  • Proven success leading infrastructure modernization in hybrid or remote-first organizations
  • Familiarity with AI/ML security risks, including data privacy, model integrity, and lifecycle governance
  • Experience operating in regulated environments (e.g., fintech, banking, healthcare), with a strong understanding of security and compliance risks in contact center operations where sensitive customer data is handled.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including comfort presenting to executive leadership.
  • Experience defining product strategies and roadmaps, writing clear requirements, and aligning teams around shared goals
  • Strong analytical and systems thinking with the ability to connect high-level strategy to tactical execution and act decisively in fast-paced environments.
