About the role:

This is a newly created role to reinforce our team, where you will plan and implement digital activation ensuring optimum performance for all paid digital activations, improving consumer journeys across all digital touch points.
Moreover, you will support PR activities and manage Electrolux Group brands ecommerce platforms in the online environment.

Location:

The role is based in our office in Istanbul with a hybrid policy (3 days in the office, 2 days of remote working).

As part of the Marketing and Trade Marketing Team, you will:

  • Implementation of digital marketing strategy and supporting business growth in digital channels cooperating closely with local and international stakeholders including the KPI and budget responsibility.
  • Acting as a first point of contact for all paid media activities for stakeholders: central media team, media agency, creative agency, local teams also PR agency if needed.
  • Effective communication within Media teams as well as agency & stakeholders on proper implementation of the yearly plan
  • Ensuring optimum performance for always-on digital paid media activities and campaigns
  • Monitoring efficiency of online activations (performance campaigns/efficiency, support for website visits/web shops, search, social media)
  • Overviewing website and trade partners content – driving high quality content and performance
  • Improving the usability, design, content and convrsion of the company consumer websites (including future D2C web-shops implementation)
  • Planning and execution of all webs, social, influencer & SEO activities
  • Measure, evaluate and report performance of all digital activities against set goals (ROAS, NPS, performance KPIs) including web and social analytics

Who you are:

  • University degree in marketing, digital marketing, management, or related.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in digital marketing (both communication and performance) in a multinational company within a similar industry (Domestic appliances, FMCG, telecommunications) or on the agency side.
  • Fluent English and Turkish are essential.
  • Experience in managing SEM, SEO, display advertising, performance campaigns, e-mail marketing, affiliate programs.
  • Knowledge and understanding on how to effectively build and drive communication across multiple touchpoints.
  • Strong analytical thinking (ability to combine data from multiple sources, set priorities, analyze in structured way and come up with logical conclusions).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within cross-functional teams.
