We are hiring a Quality Assurance Specialist to support a key microelectronics programs at NSWC Crane.
Essential Experience/Functions:
- Knowledge of and experience with inventory databases.
- Experience working with a highly talented and motivated team in accomplishing tasks for multiple programs.
- Ability to become Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) certified.
- Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel and Teams.
- Experience with Adobe.
- Have good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrates the ability to adhere to instructions outlined in operational procedures.
- Ability to be compliant with all mandatory training.
- Oversee and train personnel in the technical aspects of assigned work.
- Perform all other Quality Assurance position related duties as assigned or requested.
Minimum Requirements:
- Associate’s degree in business or at least 3 years’ experience in a quality assurance role
- Ability to pass and maintain a DoD Security Clearance (note: US citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance)
- Excellent communication skills; MS Office and other software applications; organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work are required.
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and at least 5 years of job-related experience. (A High School diploma with 10 years of Military or DoD experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.)
- Active Secret Security Clearance.
