We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Owner to lead the charge in developing and managing advanced data science initiatives, including RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), LLM (Large Language Models), and GenAI (Generative Adversarial Intelligence) technologies, while also supporting our data pipeline and ETL processes.
Summary of Position:To help us continue to grow our solutions, we are searching for a proactive and passionate candidate familiar with electronic components to join our Parts Solutions team. The successful candidate will deepen our existing partnership engagements with manufacturers and build new partnerships to help differentiate Accuris as a premier partner and industry leader. Working directly with senior executives and leaders across the business, you will engage with electronic component manufacturers and suppliers, share our value proposition and content strategy, and expand our content sharing engagements. Additionally, you will gain experience working with diverse, cross-functional internal teams.
To succeed in this position, candidates should be self-starters with networking skills to secure new partnerships, follow up skills to complete new sourcing engagements, and ability to build rapport , deepening existing partnerships. The role requires resourcefulness, adaptability, analytical skills and a high degree of organization.
Key Responsibilities:

• Network with manufacturers and suppliers to understand their goals and explain the value delivered by Accuris Electronic Parts Solutions.
• Drive greater content sourcing engagements within our existing partnered suppliers and create new partnerships with our manufacturers to drive data acquisition projects.
• Build relationships based on trust, honesty, respect, transparency and mutual advantage.
• Summarize sourcing data opportunities, develop engagement strategies and provide insights which add value to content strategy and operations.
• Maintain progress of our syndication programs with manufacturers, understand existing data engagements, prioritization, and initiate new data acquisition processes.
• Keep accurate notes and follow up to ensure promises are kept.
• Collaborate with internal departments and direct sourcing teams to understand content gaps, technical data we collect and requirements.
• Create mapping documentation for syndication files, and update documentation when changes occur.
• Prioritize and manage projects to ensure key milestones are achieved.
• Organize and deliver meaningful business review meetings with performance data that adds value and usage insights which support our content strategy and operations.
• Resolve issues with existing processes, and proactively work across the business to improve processes and insure smooth content delivery

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree. Engineering, Business, or Marketing preferred. Will look at other degrees with experience in engineering, component distribution or similar field.
• Electronic components and/or engineering acumen required
• Ability to develop relationships, drive outcomes and influence decisions with individuals across all organizational levels
• Excellent active listening and interpersonal skills
• Results oriented with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task under pressure.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with ability to ingest and present complex information
• Must be highly organized yet extremely adaptable with excellent follow up skills
• Create reports and presentations targeted for various levels of management
• Ability to build rapport and collaborate with colleagues and across the organization
• Work remotely with a track record for exceeding expectations
• Opportunity to work with XML, HTML & API files, as well as SQL.
• Electronic components and/or engineering acumen required

Compensation/Benefits Information:
Accuris states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $600,000 to $700,000 mxn. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual bonus plan as well as comprehensive benefits.
