Job Description:

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

• 1-2 years work/internship experience,
• B.Sc. degree in engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering,
• Excellent command of English, comfortable with giving presentations in English,
• Excellent command of MS-Office tools(Especially Access & Excel),
• Familiar with / interested in financial analysis key concepts and terminology,
• No travel restrictions,
• B Class Driving License owner and active driver,
• Military service has to be completed for male candidates,
• Self-driven in following his/her responsibilities,
• Self-motivated, ready to take initiative, open for development,
• Team worker and strong in interpersonal relationships,
• Can adapt to dynamic work environment,
• Has a clear vision of career goals,

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Plans productivity targets for PKG operation level in accordance with the business plan.
• Performs audits to measure compliance on performance, service, measurement, operating plans, and staffing.  These results highlight our strengths and weaknesses in the PKG operation. 
• Develops accurate work measurement for the most effective operating plan and job setup.
• Provide adequate methods, planning, and technical training.
• Support operations in the implementation of new technologies, procedures, and operation plans that support optimum performance
