About the Role:
We're looking for a strategic, hands-on Head of Operations to help lead and optimize the core functions that power Closinglock's success. This role will oversee key operational areas, including Talent Acquisition, Revenue Operations, Enablement, Human Resources and more. They will ensure our teams are equipped to hit our ambitious growth goals. The Head of Operations will be a critical member of the leadership team, driving operational excellence and building scalable systems to support our next stage of growth.
What You'll Do:
- Drive process improvements across the business to increase efficiency, transparency, and performance.
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure strong operational support for all go-to-market activities.
- Build and refine reporting structures and KPIs to provide data-driven insights to the leadership team.
- Oversee headcount planning, compensation, and onboarding processes to support team growth and retention.
- Oversee operational tools and systems (CRM, marketing automation, enablement platforms, etc.) to ensure they meet the needs of the business.
- Help advise the leadership team on operational best practices and scaling strategies.
- Own internal planning processes (OKRs, quarterly planning, company wide all hands, board prep, etc.)
- Improve visibility and communication across departments by streamlining processes and removing roadblocks
- Prepare presentations, reports, and analysis for board meetings, investor updates, and strategic decision-making
What You Bring:
- 6+ years of experience in operations, with 3+ years in a leadership role overseeing cross-functional teams (experience in SaaS preferred).
- Strong background in scaling organizations through operational excellence, including RevOps, Talent Acquisition, and Enablement.
- Experience working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success organizations.
- Data-driven mindset - you're comfortable building reports, identifying insights, and making decisions based on metrics.
- Exceptional project management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience leading through rapid growth and change in a dynamic environment
- Expert communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
This is a full-time, in-person position in our Austin, TX office.
