The Role

The Product team uses creativity, research, insights, and operational excellence to steer our product vision across  Snap Inc. This team of Designers, Scientists, and Product Managers works in a highly collaborative environment to build the products and experiences that innovate and improve the performance of the Snapchat app and our advertising platform. Together these teams drive value and success for our customers and bring our community together in new and special ways.

 

We’re looking for a Growth Operations Coordinator to join the Growth team at Snap Inc!

What you’ll do:

  • Support the execution of growth campaigns by managing deliverables, tracking timelines, and ensuring cross-functional alignment. 

  • Maintain project trackers, organize campaign assets, and coordinate approvals across key stakeholders including Growth, Product, Marketing, Legal and Communications teams. 

  • Support basic data tracking and reporting for growth initiatives, helping to measure performance and provide operational insights. 

  • Build and maintain scalable operational processes, templates and workflows to improve campaign execution efficiency. 

  • Continuously optimize tools and processes to increase productivity and efficiency.

  • Facilitate cross-functional (XFN) meetings to ensure alignment, clear communication, and efficient execution of key projects and initiatives.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on managing timelines, deliverables and cross-functional alignment. 

  • Ability to partner with key internal stakeholder teams: product, design, brand marketing, engineering and finance to ensure shared vision and drive initiatives forward

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with Product, Design, Marketing, Engineering, and Legal teams.

  • Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance

  • Ability to create and improve operational processes across many teams

  • Expertise in Excel and data visualization tools
     

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • 1+ year of experience in a growth or operations role at a consumer facing company

  • Experience influencing business-to-consumer growth across Marketing and/or Product teams

  • Expertise in Excel and familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., BigQuery, Looker, Tableau)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience successfully designing, implementing and running operational processes at a technology company

  • Experience building cross-channel campaigns to drive user engagement from the ground up

  • Experience growing engagement for a specific product from launching to ramping to maintenance to measurement

  • Experience in working with cross functional working groups to drive towards a specific goal.

  • Proven track record of operational excellence in a fast-paced and dynamic environment working with stakeholders across corporate functions

  • A team player who’s willing to get their hands dirty and help where needed

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):

The base salary range for this position is $107,000-$161,000 annually.


 

Zone B:

The base salary range for this position is $102,000-$153,000 annually.

Zone C:

The base salary range for this position is $91,000-$137,000 annually.

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
