Cyient, a Hyderabad-based intelligent engineering solutions company, has appointed Kavita Kurup as its chief people officer. In this role, she will lead the company’s global human resources function, focusing on talent management, leadership development and organizational culture to align people strategy with business goals and drive future growth.
According to the company, Kurup brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across sectors including BFSI, FMCG, media and nonprofits. A Harvard alumni, she is also a certified executive coach, an expert in organizational development and a board-certified independent director.
